Our Cardiac Rehabilitation team provides monitored outpatient cardiac rehabilitation for individuals who have had:

• Heart attacks
• Bypass surgery
• Heart surgery 
• Stable angina

Excercise Program

A structured and individualized exercise program using specialized equipment strengthens the patient and promotes physical fitness while paying close attention to each patient's physical abilities.

Educational Program

Educational sessions with various professionals such as pharmacists, dietitians and nurses improve patient awareness during recovery.
