Acute care physical therapists work with patients to alleviate pain or to help regain previous levels of functioning.These physical therapists work with patients who are hospitalized for a variety of conditions, many who have undergone surgery.

In addition to working with inpatients, other services include:

  • Outpatient ultraviolet treatment for psoriasis
  • Outpatient wound care
  • Home health visits
